OFW LOAN by AFC LOANS

 

Loanable Amount: up to 200% of the Salary or Twice the Salary
Terms: 3mos (minimum) / 18mos. (maximum)
Interest: 3.75% per month
Processing time: 1 Day to 3 working days
Processing Fee: 5.5%
Salary must be more than 20,000 in Philippine pesos

OFW REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 Valid IDs (e.g. Passport / Visa; Driver's Lic., Voters ID, etc.)

• Employment Contract w/ POEA Validation or COE

• Latest 3mos payslips & remittance slips (for returning OFWs)

• OEC & OFW Info Sheet

• Plane Ticket

• Co-Borrower (spouse, any immediate relative / for loans below 150k)

  • 2 Valid IDs & 2x2 picture

  • Latest Proof of Billing (Electric or Water Bill only)

  • TIN or Cedula

Note:

• A Friend can also be a co-borrower as long as he/she has a regular income.

• Additional Co-Borrower w/ regular income is required for loans more than 150k.

• Payment: Issuance of PDCs.

• Other documents may be required as needed.

• Details listed here may change without prior notice.

• WE DO NOT GRANT LOAN FOR PAYMENT OF PLACEMENT FEE.
