-Recent 2x2 Picture (2pcs)
-2 Valid Ids (Company ID is a must)
- Original and Latest Proof of Billing (Electric or Water Bill)
*Latest Proof of Residency (If Proof of Billing is not under the name of the Borrower)
-Photocopy of Latest 1 month Payslip.

CO-MAKER
Qualifications:
Immediate Relative (Spouse, Children 20yrs. Old and up, Siblings, Brothers, or Sisters-in-law) or Co-Employee:
With stable source of income (must be a regular employee if Co-Employee as Co-Maker.
*regardless of monthly income and house ownership

Documentary Requirements
- Recent 2x2 picture (2pcs)
- At least 1 Valid ID (if co-employee, company ID is a must)
- Original and latest Proof of Billing (Electric or Water Bill)
- Latest Proof of Residency (If Proof of Billing is not under the name of the Co-Maker)
- Proof of Income (Payslip, COE/ITR Form 2316, Business Permit, - Proof of Remittance, Proof of Allotment, etc.)

LOAN DETAILS:
Loanable Amount : 20K-30K (rank and file employees)
: 50K 70K (officers)
Interest Rate : 2.75% per month (add-on)
Terms of Payment : 6-12months
Mode of Payment : semi-monthly (15th and 30th)
