• Copy of Allottment Slip

• Proof of Latest 3mos Remittances (at least Php25,000.00/mo)

• Copy of the Seaman's Latest Contract of Employment w/ POEA validation

• Copy of the Seaman's Passport & SRC

• Co-Borrower (must submit 2 valid IDs, Proof of Billing & Proof of Income)

Loanable Amount: Php 15,000 to Php 100,000
